Oh my gosh! I almost completely forgot that it’s Spill the Beans’ cake day.
When I started this a year ago (even saying that sounds odd), I wasn’t sure where my life was going to take me.
I started food blogging because I love writing. I’ve a pretty wild imagination and writing has always been a release as somewhere to put my thoughts down, even if they’re often higgildy piggildy.
It’s been a rollercoaster of emotions the past while, from looking to work to trying to find the right voice for this blog, but I’m getting there slowly but surely and I’m incredibly grateful for the support I’ve been getting.
A huge thank you to everyone who clicks on here and reads all of my ramblings and blogposts. I know it’s been somewhat sporadic at times but I do appreciate you all sticking with me and sending on your messages of support!
On a personal note: Much grá to my Mammy and my other half Mr POH, who are both superstars and love very much.
Here’s to many more years to come.
